    btw i couldn’t find any upgrade instruction in Zipped file or even here : http://www.mihalism.com/product/mmh/upgrade/

    @meco: actually there is an upgrade there.
    Go to : http://www.mihalism.com/product/mmh/upgrade/ and download “Mihalism Multi Host v4.0.1″ inside you’ll find the instructions to upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2.
